Farshore is a first-person exploration game that runs free in your browser. You wake in a brick tunnel inside a Conservatory sealed for seventy years. The torches are lit, a seedling is thirsty, and the keeper who stayed has left you her journals, her rules and a warning. Water the seed and follow where the light leads: across the far shore, down into a drowned beacon, and on to what the light was answering all along.

  • A complete story in eight chapters and a coda, with an ending that remembers what you found.
  • No combat and no timers: explore, read what the keepers left, and work out what happened.
  • Made from first principles: no game engine, no asset packs, and every sound, including the music, synthesised in the browser.

Open playtest through October 2026. The playtest link records which story moments you reach, where you get stuck and your frame rate, and nothing about you. What it records, and how to send feedback: the playtest post.
